THE ROLE OF A BOOK IS INCOMPARABLE

The book is the source of knowledge. It is an important means of leading human beings to goodness, delivering spirituality, enlightenment and culture from generation to generation. The book has a special place in educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, the formation of humanism in them, and the significance of national values and customs in our lives.

We can say without any exaggeration that the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev "About complex measures program on printing and distribution the book, improving reading a book and reading culture and promoting it" raised attention to reading a book to a higher level. Each classroom has a library in our school. One of the class activists is a librarian and gives the books to friends in turn and controls it. Arranging discussions by teachers about the books read by the pupils is serving to improve their interest in reading books. Among the young readers, such competitions as "Reading night", "The best reader family" and "Poetry" are the reasons for this too.

For over thirty years I have been teaching primary school pupils. I also used to put a lot of books printed recently, that are decorated with colorful paintings to attract children’s’ attention except "G’uncha", "Gulxan" and "Bilimdon" on my desktop. Using them each lesson, I try to increase my readers' interest in the literature and the book. If a teacher gives extracts from the works read by him linking to themes, introduces the author of this book to them, suggests reading these books during their classes we think that this helps to increase children’s desire to read books. Children imitate adults. It would be better if we read more books ourselves as an example to children and regularly discuss works with educational importance with the family.

The more children read books, the more their knowledge will be expanded, the more independent they will think.

CLOTHES ARE THE MIRROR OF OUR NATIONAL VALUES

Women of the East were respected as a symbol of the beauty from the ancient times. Especially Uzbek women have become a symbol of real beauty, devotion and loyalty with their abstention and sense of shame and sweet treatment.

If we consider human culture from the external and internal, that is ethical and aesthetic point of view, these two views complement each other. Internal culture is also reflected in man’s appearance. We all know well that person's clothes, treat culture and ethics are important perspectives that determine his position in the society. Culture of clothing shows affiliation of a person to a particular nation, region or social group. On the other approach, its one side goes back to the family and education either. It is important to pay an attention to the harmony of general human and national values today when the growing threat of "Public Culture" is increasing. Especially the specific forms of our national culture are reflected in the costumes being worn by the youth.

Our national fabrics such as khansatin, satin, beqasam, silk presents the ancient history of our ancestors and our national values. In this regard, our national clothes and gold skullcaps prepared from these fabrics are highly appreciated and looked with great interest not only in our country, but also in Central Asia, even in Western countries. Modern clothes sewed from our national fabrics carefully preserved over the centuries add beauty to the beauty of our girls. These beautiful dresses undoubtedly serve to strengthen the sense of pride to national values, respect to our traditions and customs, rich and ancient heritage in the heart of the youth.

IN THE ACTIVITY OF OUR ORGANIZATIONS

               RESPONSIBILITY AND AWARENESS REQUIRED

As a result of the family quarrel, a teacher, a young woman who was a mother of two children left home. The reason is simple. She received a scolding for not ironing his husband's clothes on time. The alibi is ready: "I am working too".

I went to the woman's home. I have explained with life examples that the woman should be responsible and calm. If you break up the family for trivial reasons today, do you think that your children will be named as alive orphans tomorrow? After the interview, the woman returned to her family.

I never forget another story happened with my pupils. Last year I noticed negative change in behavior of one of the 7th grade girls and. She even cut her hair and wore trousers, and came to school with a makeup. She said that she did not want to wear uniforms. I did not achieve any results in a couple of conversations. I had to work hard at directing her to a correct way.

One day, while on the way to the district center, I was in a car with her grandmother. After the greeting, she asked about her granddaughter. I did not want that the whole passengers in Damas know about her. Then I said: "Oh, my dear, is the girl who took your upbringing become bad? Thank you," I said.

The next day I was very glad to see that girl at school. Because the hair was twisted with two white ribbons. The uniform of the student suited her very much. She ran to me saying "Teacher: Thank you very much, you praised me to my granny a lot. When I was in our family, she told me, you’ve always been worthy of". Now I'll do all what you tell me, and I will not let my granny down".

Fortunately, I found a way to the heart of another teenager who was on a big way. I directed her to a right way. What I mean, women's leadership is a very important task, which requires great care. Our leading women should be an example to all.

CANCER CAUSES THE APPEARANCE OF SEVERAL DISEASES

Anemia is a disease that is caused by the lack of iron in the human body. For example, every healthy body contains only 3-4 grams of iron. Although it is less, it plays an important role in the organism. That is it performs great and important task as entering the red blood cells and supplies oxygen to the tissues. Almost 67% of the body's iron contains red blood cells (erythrocytes), 27% in special compounds (ferritin, gemosiderin), 5.9% in different cells in the body, as well as muscle tissue and enzymes, and in a small amount (0, 1%) in blood plasma. Iron comes more in meat products and well absorbed from them. In vegetable, fruit and vegetable it is less than meat. In girls and adolescents, adult men and women may lose up to 1,5 to 2,5 mg of iron per day during menstruation, pregnancy and childbirth. Sometimes the food content of the ingredients is very low, or it is less absorbed by the body due to intestinal diseases. Also due to the rapid growth of adolescents, consecutive pregnancy in women, and bleeding from the body for various reasons, the amount of iron in the body decreases dramatically. In such cases, the required level of iron is filled up by the accumulation of organisms in the body. Therefore, a person must consume more products existing iron. As a result of anemia caused by iron deficiency, the function of all organs in the body is broken. This especially has a negative impact on pregnant woman on the fetus development and complications are severe. In this case mothers and children often suffer from this disease. Anemia reduces the person's ability to work, and also causes headaches and faster heart attacks. People are tired quickly, change their mood quickly, get angry with trivial things. Iron deficiency decreases the protective capacity of the patient, increases the chances of chronic diseases in the body, and the possibility of infecting various infectious diseases. Anemia also affects the appearance of a person: hair is dripped, skin is dry, the legs become cracked, and the nails break down becoming thin, the teeth become weak. Currently, a number of measures have been developed by the doctors in the country to prevent the illness and all the necessary work is being done. In particular, at the initiative of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, anemia prevention and treatment centers were established in the regions, districts and cities. They quickly detect and cure the disease based on specific instructions. Our health is in our hands. Especially we must not neglect the anemia. If we can provide regular consumption of products such as peas, dried apricots, plums, kerosene, rice, wheat and leguminous plants in addition to meat products, we will prevent anemia. BE CAREFUL OF BOTULISM!

(№52) SPECIALISTS ROSTRUM

Botulism being a very dangerous disease appears with the symptoms of gastroenteritis. The poison separated in the process of the disease brings to a respiratory and cardiovascular muscle paralysis as a result of the effects to the central nervous system. If the aid is not shown on time the disease may occur with serious complications, can even end with death.

Consuming stale or expired canned food is the main factor that causes botulism disease. In smoked meat products, canned goods prepared without enough thermal processing (not well-boiled, not sterilized) a favorable environment will appear for the survival of botulism causatives and the disease causatives produce a powerful poisonous substance (botulotoksin) from itself.

Botulotoksin doesn’t lose its power up to one year in external environment, several years in canned goods. The most dangerous thing of this is the color, smell and taste of stale product don’t change. In some cases, the lid of glass jar of canned products are raised a little (swelling) is seen.

The main symptoms of the disease can be shown during two hours, a week or ten days. This can be shown as the form of circumstances such as weakness on a patient, nausea, vomiting, appearin of things being two (diplopia), difficulty in speaking and swallowing, dysfunction in the arms and legs.

Dear compatriots, if you feel such characters on you, contact the doctor immediately. Remember, this disease cannot be cured at home.

A special serum against poison is used in medicine. The earlier serum is sent into the body of a patient suffering from botulism, the less risk of death is decreased.

What should be paid attention in order to prevent the disease? First of all, preparing home canning products is not recommended. If the products needed to prepare at home, housewives, first and foremost, need to comply with sanitary requirements, and secondly, canning technology is well studied, and start to prepare them. Otherwise, they may put at risk the lives of their relatives, neighbors, guests who visit the family. If we consider that the canned goods are consumed more in winter season, housewives must pay a serious attention to their quality, not absolutely allow use canned goods which look suspicious in appearance.
