WHAT SHOULD BE PAID ATTENTION TO IN ORDER TO PRVENT ITS ORIGIN?

Diabetes disease is the disease that is widespread and growing in recent years, it is life-long and a breather, threatens to cause complications.

Diabetes is often associated with fatty foods, eating a lot of sweets, less doing and as a result of permanent nervousness. If the sick man doesn’t change the way of lifestyle, the risk of heart attack and stroke 24 times, and 3 times the risk of elevated blood pressure, the risk of violation of renal function 17 times, 20 times the risk of developing gangrene in the legs. In some cases, can even bring to loss of sight.

The primary forms of the disease, aren’t often felt by the patients, the illness quietly develops. But the disease life-threatening complications of illness develop very quickly.

Diabetes is characterized by the increase the amount of sugar in the blood than norm. Disease developes as a result of pancreas producing not enough of the hormone insulin or decrease in insulin sensitivity of cells. The insulin opens the door of the cells membrane for sugar (glucose).

The cells start swallowing the sugar actively in blood under the effect of insulin. As a result of the breakdown of sugar energy is seperated. This energy is used to the activity of the organs and muscles. An insulin turning the excess amount of glucose into glycogen collects in the liver and muscle cells. In this way, the amount of sugar in the blood is reduced and normalized after 1.5-2 hours later from the meal.

We can separate the two types of diabetes. The first depends on the type of insulin, it begins among children and teenagers after the mumps, measles, against the viral infections such as hepatitis. In this case the mechanism of the pancreas to produce insulin doesn’t work. The amount of insulin in the blood of patients with these types are very low or no at all. Therefore, they need insulin injections. Hereditary factors plays the leading role in the occurrence and in the development of this type of diabetes. This type of total diabetes patients is approximately 10%. Timeliness or more than the norm of the result of injections in this type of illness insulin coma state, the higher the risk of deterioration of renal function.

In the second type of diabetes the pancreas produces enough insulin, but the cells' insulin sensitivity decreases. The reason is the collection of excess fat on the cell and its wall. The fat layer becomes an obstacle to the effects of insulin. And of course, sugar not accepted by the cells is not accumulated in the reserve pirate in liver and muscle cells. As a result the amount of sugar increases in the blood. This type of diabetes occur because of an unhealthy way of life, eating a lot of fat food and a lot of sweets, permanent less doing, regularly nervousness. This type illness may bring to the appearance of inflammation of eye, brain, heart, kidneys and small blood vessels, stroke, heart attacks, loss of sight, kidney balance disorder, incurable sores, gangrene serious complications.

The person who noticed the above-mentioned symptoms of the disease on himself certainly must consult a doctor, go through a medical examination. Also constant thirst, urine allocating acceleration and an increase in the amount allocated to the urine, increasing hunger, body weight loss, blurred vision, fatigue (frequent feeling tired) inform the start of the disease.

It’s better for these patients eating regularly diet foods, always measure the amount of sugar in blood, regularly go in physical exercises, taking medicines reducing the amount of sugar in accordance with the recommendations of the doctor-endocrinologist.

In this context, one should not forget that prevention is better than treatment. And this can be easily reached only if the doctor's recommendations are followed with healthy lifestyle.
