-We had a conversation with the doctor of the maternity complex number 2 in the region, Shakhnoza Gafurova about the importance of mother's milk in the health and education of the young generation. She shared her opinions about specific features of mother's milk.

-  Although the importance of mother's milk in the growth of healthy and harmonious child that has repeatedly indicated, however, some young mothers prefer to artificial feeding babies. How well  can an artificial nutrition get the position of mother's milk?

- Giving a birth to a child, the woman enjoys the pleasure of being a mother. She feels the affection of maternal love and that love will be encased into the baby through the mother's milk. The mother must feed the baby with her milk till 30 months completely. But to say with regret that in recent years some mothers forget their duties given by the hereditary nature, pursuit of artificial feeding their children. As a result, the mother's milk replacers for dairy production, the number of firms is increasing day by day. Chemical laboratories started contests between each other in making closer the content of the artificial milk to natural mother's milk. And this is creating a way for the growing number of children who lost the mother's milk. From the scientific point of view, artificial feeding can never replace mother's milk. We should never forget this.

 - After the birth of a child, the appearance of milk in mother's breast is a natural process. Doesn’t it give a negative effect on the health of the mother feeding her baby artificially stopping the coming of milk to a breast?

- Of course, it gives the negative impact. Stopping early breast feeding breaks the balance of hormones in the body of the mother for the separation of the tire, or that due to adverse changes in the birth of the next child, and the factors that hinder the growth of people. Gipolaktiya (reduction of mother's milk) or milk is absolutely integral to the situation  develops among the mothers who feed the child artificially. That after having grown up the daughter of those mothers (mothers of the second generation), when their child is two-three month the sepration of the milk from the breast decreases. Soon, the milk will be cut.

 - How can we imagine the future of children who grown up without mother's milk?

  -Children fed with artificial milk, being subjected to the cardio-vascular disease, hypertension, multiple sclerosis, diabetes disease, insulin dependent form, sharpness impairment, mental health problems to be fed breast milk to feed 30-40 times more than their peers, which are now one of the most pressing problems in medicine.

  When milk-fed girls reach puberty and become mothers they have less than 70 percent of their normal weight babies and anemia, all of them are being processed. More than 12 million children die each year, of which less than 55% by weight, 20-25% of anemia in the world. This data also shows the higher value of mother's milk. If infant feeding continues in this way, can be even more terrible circumstances.

    It is known that breast milk contains a variety of vitamins, salts, proteins, hormones and other active biosubstances. They are so proportion that because of this in child’s stomach and intestinal tract to digest and it exudes perfection. Most importantly, breast milk contains the hormone PROLACTIN. This substance increases starting from the pregnancy period in mother’s body and when the child is born, it is the most plentiful. The same active ingredient, along with the mother's milk passes to her body and serves as a key tool in the future to provide the mother. If the intensity of the girl with the body of this article or a small amount of this substance in his body passed her future daughter sterility or pregnancy difficulties and a lot of time in return for medical treatments.

The little daughters who are without mother's milk, and  prolactin in it  her kindness to appreciate his mother feeling that her baby will not be strong enough to preserve it.

- Today some girls try to get rid of excess weight endeavor in modern . A beautiful view of the posture and stance while giving special attention to weight loss diets are also those who do not. Doesn’t this bring to becoming weak future of mother's body?

- I have a look at sick mothers visiting me. Many of them seem to be much more sensitive. If a mother is strong and healthy, the child will be born in power according this. Unfortunately, in recent times, girls were forced to "thin" the pursuit of these traits covered. This is not a negative impact on the children of the future, they would not know, I do not think so. Because, at the same time just in the country schools explanatory works are being carried out to prepare the girls for motherhood. The girl must eat well at the age of growing, should pay special attention to the health of children who could benefit. Women's beauty requires sacrifice, they say. I’m going to note that these young girls shouldn’t put their health in danger for three to four years beauty and the need not to endanger the health of the children will be born.

- So we should psychologically prepare our daughters from their childhood that to born harmonious child for nation, and first of all focus on the health of the mother is important?

 - Therefore, in the very first days of independence, the country pays special attention to the issue of the protection of the health of the mother and child. There are a lot of good work is being carried out.

   Which country the woman is respected, the expectant mother and the birth of a healthy generation of attention, the future looks bright for this land is to be expected. I think that the development of the country and the nation to overestimate the role of a simple triangle. The triangle stands on the mother and the mother's milk, the peak of her child. This foundation is so strong, and healthy, the height of a hill will be higher and stronger.
