In recent years we often meet the people saying "I was removed my gallstone through the operation". Is it necessary to make an operation when gall bladder is "crooked"? What kind of duty does gall bladder do? What is bile? In order to find an answer to these questions we conducted to the doctor of department of gastroenterology clinic of Andizhan State Medical Institute, associate professor Dilmurod Soliev.

          - First of all, please give information about the physiology of the gall bladder?

Gall bladder is an important organ for life, it is in close coordination with the liver. Activates the biliary pancreatic enzymes, participates in the substance exchange. It collects bitter balls greenish liquid named "gall" which helps fatty food to be shred. The symptoms of the disease are: abdominal pain under the rib, and sometimes the pain goes up and comes to right shovel.

- What kind of duty does gall bladder do?

- Gall bladder has a feature of breaking down fats, besides making closer pancreatic enzymes to the duodenum, helps in breaking down the proteins. Content of gall bladder: formed from bilirubin up acids, water, salts. Bilirubin is made by blood cells i.e. breaking down of red blood cell cleavage. Bilivezdin liver cells associates with gliekuron acid and makes bilirubin. These blood cells in every 120 days in spleen burst. When the gallbladder wall has an inflammation its wall will be double thick.

- Many people do not know the presence of bile stones, only when a pain appears they consult the doctor. Is it possible to know this thing in advance and to prevent it?

- Twenty percent of people do not know the existence of gall stone. In some cases complains about pain in the liver when there is a pain. But pain in patient's liver doesn’t exist this time. After 40-50 ages the patient comes to the doctor and says "I feel cold in this place". In fact when the patient goes through medical check bothering of osteochondrosis is mostly determined and that gives pain. In some cases, even if a gall bladder stone removed, the pain does not leave the patient. Because change in spine – osteochondrosis troubles it and occasionally the pain continues disturbing. When we lift a heavy item our spine is crooked. "Osteochondrosis" is a process that appears as a result of degenerative changes in the discs of the spine. In order to avoid such situation people must pass a medical examination at least once a year.

- What kind of measures are used when the patient comes and complains?

- The patient is checked first of all. Is this related with a stone or a spine? If there is an inflammatory process it is checked in USS. In this case, first of all, gall bladder distension is formed, and secondly, the thickness of the wall of fire, if we talk about the formation of gall stones, first of all, will be an infection, of the mucous membrane of the bile begin slowly epithelias mass. Distension circumstances are out of work after the degradation of kaloid. A stone will appear as a result of salt deposits. These stones may be in different shape, gall stones up to 1200. There are some stones that not are broken even when struck with a hammer.

- What are the reasons of origin of the gall bladder disease?

- A gallbladder bile is reservoir for liquid produced by the liver, it performs the role of fluiding out of the 12 duodenum during a meal. Gall bladder disease occurs by not proper nutrition, more fatty foods in diet, less movement after meal and by the influence of stagnant fluid. After collecting the bile up tensions walls of the gall bladder, blood circulation is disrupted, resulting in inflammation in the body.

- What do the patients need to adhere to whose gall bladder was removed by surgery?

 - The patients whose gall bladder was removed must follow a diet for a month after the surgery. Gall bladder is a tank, that is, an additional part. Even if patient's gall bladder is removed he can have the same lifestyle as before. Becoming thin or having weight doesn’t dependent on this. When fatty food is consumed bile duct is reduced and gallbladder comes down to duodenum. The gallbladder remains up to 10ml. in bile. If there is a gall bladder stone, "dyubaj" is not allowed. If there is a tilt in gall bladder it acceptable to consume less fatty foods. In practice, majority of patients who were ill with gall bladder disease are women.

- Do pains of gall bladder trouble suddenly or hurts painful occasionally in advance?

- Sudden severe pain can occur. When the patient comes to the doctor he may complain about the existence of a little pain in this part for a few years. After swell inflammation of the small stones biliary obstruction, infection, in such cases, surgery or laparoscopic surgery. Some patients go to the doctor complaining about stuck in his heart and change in ECG is not determined. Actually gall bladder stones bother him. If disturbing the inflammatory process within 72 hours of pain continues, the patient will be operated.

- In which cases the patient is not operated?

The patient is operated in any case, even if the process of heart attack. Because a gall bladder stone is removed in order to stop the pain afflicting the patient. Otherwise patient's life will be in danger.
