The words mentioned in the headline, the head of state, have a noble aim not only to the happiness of every family, but also to every person. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to improve the activity of the women's support and strengthening the institution of the family", adopted on February 2, 2011, was instrumental in this endeavor.

    The main task of our center is to implement a conceptual idea of "Healthy family - healthy society", develop proposals for further improvement of the regulatory framework in the sphere, to organize a comprehensive study of reproductive health and demographic development, welfare and well-being of the family. Development and effective implementation of guidelines for these areas.

    There are more than 59,000 families in 76 mahallas living in our district, with more than 300,000 inhabitants. Our center supports the strengthening of family relationships, strengthening relationships between couples and their parents since the early years of marriage, the effectiveness of measures taken to prevent marriages and divorces before and after marriage, timely detection of distressing and problematic families, health and welfare of families , serious measures to prevent conflicts and improve family relationships have been taken seriously. We attach great importance to ensuring the material security of the family, contributing family members to the family budget, directing them to the right choice of profession, working hard with self-employment through entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and the ability to utilize domestic opportunities in the family. In order to form a modern family, we have established close cooperation with the district khokimiyats, the Women's Committee, the Medical Association, the Registry Office, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Office of Public Prosecutor, the Tax Inspectorate, the Employment Assistance Center, the citizens' assemblies and other organizations.

Many of the problems identified during our joint work with the Republican Working Group have been solved in our district. In particular, more than one hundred families were supplied gas stoves and gas cylinders. Handicapped wheelchairs were handed over to 170 disabled people. In short, no family is on our side.

     From May 15 to June 15, the "Month of providing family strengthening" in the region has raised the work on ensuring the stability of the spiritual environment in families, supporting the socially-protected families and upbringing of healthy and harmonious children in a qualitatively new level. During the month, the social status of families in the districts has been studied and scientifically-based recommendations have been developed. Women's employment, housing issues, and medical culture were analyzed. 48 family disputes have been resolved, the ruling has been abolished, and four marriages have been legally married.

     As a result of achieving the parents' family psychology knowledge, it is necessary to prepare the younger generation for independent life, as a future family manager, to establish a moral, economic and legal relationship in the family. Observation processes have revealed that some youths are not ready for family life.

     Another important task of family psychology is to prepare young people for marital marriage, to create a healthy psychological environment in the family, to take care of housekeeping, caring for the family, respect for the motherland, the spiritual world of the youth, family traditions, to enrich their imagination.

     Strengthening the institution of the family by implementing family traditions and values, developing and implementing proposals for the preparation of youth for family life and family deduction, as well as spouses, parents, children, spouses and their parents identifying criteria for a modern sample of households based on the analysis of the relationships between them, as well as the exemplary form of modern family and the widely disseminated and publicizing of the constitutional principle of the family in the public and state our work is the basis of our work.

     Together with state bodies, women's committees and other public organizations, identifying troublesome and problem families, addressing various threats to their targeted lists, health and morale, conflict prevention, strengthening family relationships and contrary to national mentality we have set up direct contact with them.

     One of the most important issues is the ability of parents to raise their children's abilities to bring up their full-grown children. The distinguishing feature of the Uzbek family from other families in the world is mutual respect, kindness, devotion. In fact, this is the basis of the spiritual well-being of the family. Undoubtedly, loyalty, mutual respect and trust in the family, respect for the ties of kinship depend on the nature of the husband.

     Our goal is to make every family and every member of their family happy and satisfied with life. Indeed, if a person lives happily, his family will be peaceable, and will contribute to the development of the country.
